Tragically they were killed in a plane crash when Peter was only 4 years old. After this time Peter lived with his uncle and his wife, Ben and May Parker. Life was fairly uneventful until looking into his father resulted in a spider-bite that delivered mutagens that changed Parker's genetics, transforming him into a mutate with spider-related powers. With his powers Peter Parker took on the moniker of "Spider-Man", given to him by the city of New York as he began engaging in vigilante activity. After the loss of his uncle and then girlfriend Gwen Stacy, Peter put down the mask for a limited time, only just returning to the fight before ending up displaced and recruited by ALASTAIR. Veteran of ALASTAIR, Parker has proven some use in mechanical, biological, and scientific fields. After contracting the Bristol Virus in Mission: Woodhurst, Peter no longer hides his mutated abilities from teammates.
