▸ INFORMATION: Korra is the latest incarnation of the Avatar, the title for the human host of a spirit of Light and Peace, who was born into the Water Tribe. However, she serves as a representative for all nations (and spirits) and has made it her personal mission to maintain balance on her world. She is responsible for a number of large changes to her world and specifically her home of Republic City. Most notably and recently was the opening of a third spirit portal that further anchors the Spirit World to the Mortal World. At least, she seemed most concerned by this one.
